The oddest thing I've ever pushed with my car:

• A Port-O-Let (also called a Port-O-Potty)

The grossest reference ever made about "the time of the month" by someone I dated:

• It's chunks falling out of me

The single reason I told my dad he shouldn't stick his arm out the car window while driving when I was 5 years old:

• It could get hit with a fireball

As a side note I'd really like to know what it is about the combination of being 1) out late and 2) being hungry that makes you do crazy crap like want to eat at Taco Bell. That's just not right.

My dear friend Lynda got married this past weekend as I had a whirlwind of a homecoming trip. The wedding was great and the reception was the most fun I've ever had at any wedding-related event. Congratulations Lynda!

While at home I did get to stop by the world famous, as featured in Southern Living Magazine, now celebrating more than 50 years in business, Joe Cobb's Bar-BQ for lunch. Joe was kind enough to show us his feature from Southern Living in case we missed it and of course it was laminated so we wouldn't get sauce on it.
