I was looking through the 70 years of Esquire covers recently and found a cover with perhaps the most famous Eklund (sp) of them all:

From an artistic appreciation perspective, let's just say I have much appreciation for the fact that Britt was Mary Goodnight in the James Bond film "The Man With The Golden Gun." I wonder if they misspell her last name as often as they misspell mine? I think if I looked like that nobody would ever misspell my last name!
I recently spent several weekends importing every CD both Erin and I own into iTunes so I can have my whole music library on my snazzy dazzy iPod. I'm now using the iPod in my car instead of carrying CDs around (which is a breeze thanks to my transpod) and I'm loving it. I have 2,220 songs: that's 10 GB worth of music (with another 10 GB worth of room on my iPod) and iTunes is kind enough to tell me if I wanted to listen to every track I could go 6 straight days without hearing the same song. Though I'll never do that I really like the fact that I COULD do that. I think the art of selling is not really to sell something people will ever use, but rather to sell them something they could use (even though it's understood they won't use it). People inherently like knowing they could do something. Why else would people shell out way too much money for a car that can go 185 mph or do 0 to 60 in 4 seconds? Not because they will but because they could. It's a power thing to know you could - but could you imagine how much a speeding ticket would be if you were going 185 mph?
